PaqLink generates GS1 Digital Link QR codes, hosts the destinations behind them, and provides related tooling. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish (including e-label content) and for holding a valid GTIN licence from a GS1 member organisation for the barcode numbers you use.
The workspace owner controls billing and team membership. You are responsible for actions taken by users you invite. Keep credentials confidential.
Paid plans are billed monthly in South African rand via Paystack. Codes and hosted pages remain live for the period paid. Downgrading below your product count pauses new product creation but does not delete existing products.
No unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; no codes that misrepresent product identity; no attempts to circumvent security. We may suspend accounts that put the shared resolver infrastructure or other customers at risk.
We engineer the resolver for high availability but the service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law; our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
PaqLink conforms to published GS1 standards but is independent of GS1; no certification or endorsement is implied.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
